Casa Verde is a bright, stylish 1 bedroom apartment in the old town of Albufeira. It is situated just a few minutes away from the beach, restaurants, bars, shops and local attractions. It is on the first floor with lifts for easy access. Outside the communal swimming pool, children’s splash pool and garden area have recently been refurbished with new decking and seating. This is an ideal place to stay in a perfect location. Albufeira beach is three to four minutes walk away and the old town square is about five minutes. Past the museum and shops at the end of the road turn right and walk on paths on the top of the cliffs above the beach to Albufeira Marina. There are taxis and a bus stop at the end of the street and there is an underground parking space belonging to the apartment.

Bedrooms

The bedroom has air conditioning, a double bed, 2 double wardrobes, a chest of drawers, 2 bed side tables, a hair dryer, iron and ironing board and a safe. A travel cot is available on request.

Bathrooms

The bathroom is fully tiled, has a bath with shower over (fixed and hand held shower), extractor fan and heated towel rail.

Living room

The living room consists of the sofa and 1 tub chair, dining room table with 4 chairs and the kitchen area. There is a 32” LG TV, blu ray player and a range are plenty of DVDs, books and games.

Kitchen

The fully fitted kitchen with granite work surfaces has a fridge (with freezer compartment), microwave, oven, hob and cooking equipment. There is a toaster, kettle, cafetiere, iron and ironing board and plenty of plates, bowls, mugs, glasses and cutlery.
