A lovely townhouse set in a private community right on the beach with private community pool and gym and yet only minutes from Estepona and 10 minutes From Puerto Banus and Marbella.
House has 3 terraces for morning and afternoon sun can sleep 6 ( 3 doubles) has room for a cot or airbed if reqd fully aircon to all rooms, private rear garden, gated access for added security. 45 minutes from Malaga airport. The house is perfect for family holidays as it has 3 bathrooms and a seperate wc so ideal for sharing between 2 families or if holidaying with teenagers, if you have any special requirements just ask and we will try to accomodate.

3 terraces provide plenty of sun or shade options, communal pool is a good size and well maintained, there is a gym and restaurant on site and direct beach access on foot


Smoking is permitted on the terraces but not inside the property to be fair to all guests following.
The property is a townhouse and has stairs to all levels so may not be suitable for some disabled people who find stairs a challenge.

Local activities

Sunbathing, walking, Golf nearby, shopping, dining out (laguna Village) or Estepona and Banus are easily accessible, shopping in the local markets plus shops and malls. La Canada is only 20 mins away and Puerto Banus only 10. Estepona and San Pedro have a good range of local shops and restaurants.
Bus stop is right outside the community if you dont wish to drive. Gibraltar for tax free shopping and sightseeing is only a 35 minute drive also accessible by bus, just change at Estepona and ride the bus to La Linea and walk across the border.

Getting there

Leaving Malaga Airport head towards Cadiz on the A7/E15 take the exit once you are past the airfield towards Benalmadena not Torremolinos.
Proceed towards Marbella< San Pedro and then Estepona, you will pass the Kempinski hotel on the left just after Laguna Village, take the next exit 159.5 Carretara de Cadiz and double back on yourself by taking the 5th exit and going up the ramp, once you arrive back on A7/E15 take the slip road immediately left past the bus stop and turn right, Mar Azul is in front of you go to the right and Garden beach is alongside, there is a restaurant and access gates for you to enter.
