An excellent 2 bedroom apartment overlooking the 8th green and fairway of the Bernard Langar designed Panoramica Golf Course. This is a very good 18 hole championship course that has previously hosted the Spanish Ladies open on a number of occassions.
The apartment is located within the Panoramica Golf & Country Club complex providing 24 hour secuirty and a choice of on site bars and restuarants.
Swimming pool very near the apartment and close to several blue flag beaches and historic sites

Full kitchen with cooker providng oven with grill and 4 hotplates. Microwave , dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine.
A toaster is also available with ample pots ,pans and cooking utensils etc.

Spacious balcony area with BBQ, patio table and chairs with 2 sun beds.

Bed linen and towels provided. The apartment will be cleaned before the rental period. An iron and ironing board are provided as is a hairdryer.

Communal pool and close to golf club house. The apartment has excellent views over the golf course and overlooks the 8th fairway and green.
There is a small supermarket on site and in addiiton to the Club House restaurant there are a number of other restaurants and bars on the complex.
Numerous blue flag beaches are a 15 minute drive away with the typical Spanish town of Vinaros providing many restauarnts and bars along its pleasant seafront promenade.
Supermarkets and banks are available with ample shopping.
