With sea and mountain views the Dinastia complex is ideally situated for those looking for a luxurious holiday apartment in peaceful surroundings but close to a range of restaurants, bars and night life for those who like a more active time. The apartment is a short taxi ride to Las Americas which an ideal location for golfers.
Towels and linen, with exception of beach towels, provided and changed on a weekly basis. Additional linen change and intermediate clean by prior arrangement for which there will be a charge. Iron, ironing board and cleaning equipment available.

One bedroom – twin beds and fully fitted wardrobes, dressing table + hairdryer, basket chair, bedside table with lamp and ceiling fan. Full length dressing mirror.
Louvered shutters allow windows to be left open at night and still maintain privacy.
There is a double sofa bed in lounge area.

Fully tiled in beautiful black/grey marble. Bath with shower over, toilet, bidet and wash basin/vanity unit with illuminated mirror.

Spacious lounge with a coffee table, large comfortable corner suite and separate easy chair providing seating for 6. Sofa folds out to provide quality double bed sleeping facility with additional wardrobe space. Patio door to terrace. Free-standing and portable fans are also supplied.
Kitchen
‘Home-from-Home’ American style with oven, halogen hob, fridge/freezer, Microwave, kettle and toaster. Sufficient crockery/glassware for 6 people. Breakfast bar and 4 stools.

One of the largest terraces on the complex (32.5 sqm) Not over-looked so perfect for private sunbathing and catches early morning sun until sunset. Quality patio table for outside eating – seating for 6. 4 sun-loungers, 2 parasols and 2 beach chairs.

£100 deposit per week payable on booking with full balance due 8 weeks prior to departure.
REFUNDABLE £100 security bond is payable with final balance. This will be refunded once apartment cleaned, checked and keys returned on departure.
SECURITY – the outside of the apartment (patio, main entrance, bedroom and bathroom windows) have been tastefully fitted with grills which gives peace of mind when leaving the apartment or leaving doors and windows open during warm nights.
Getting there
Tenerife South Airport (Reina Sofia) is around 20 mins by taxi. Excellent local services: Taxi rank within 500 yards of Dinastia Complex Bus Station around 10 minutes stroll – travel all over Tenerife
