This recently built villa with its own pool is situated in a peaceful location, amongst olive groves and vineyards, close to the beautiful Sierra de Tejeda Natural Park, approximately 4 km from the villages of Canillas de Albaida and Archez, both of which have shops, excellent restaurants/bars, chemists and a bank. This is an ideal base to get away from it all and is a perfect location for walkers, artists, photographers and birdwatchers, or those of you who want to simply relax and enjoy the stunning scenery. There are also so many places to explore from here including the cities of Malaga, Granada with its famous Alhambra Palace and skiing in the Sierra Nevada, Seville, Cordoba and Ronda which are all within 2 hours’ drive.
Master bedroom with ensuite with twin beds which can be put together as a double. Second bedroom with double bed.
The main bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet and wash basin. The ensuite to the master bedroom has a shower, toilet and wash basin.
The living/dining room looks out to the beautiful surrounding countryside and mountains and a set of patio doors lead onto the outside terrace. The living area is comfortably furnished with a sofa and two chairs and occasional tables and a dining table. There is a TV and DVD/CD player. The lounge/diner also has an air conditioning unit for the hot summer months and a log burner for the winter months when it can get a little chilly at night.
Beautiful solid oak fully equipped American style kitchen with all new appliances.
Outside there is a 7m x 3.5m swimming pool and a large terraced area from where you can take in the stunning scenery or dine ‘al fresco’.
Description of amenities
All towels and bed linen are provided. The house is cleaned thoroughly before guests’ arrival and it is guests’ responsibility to keep the house generally tidy during their stay.
Included in the price is a free welcome pack which includes fruit juice, a bottle of wine, loaf of bread etc.

*For nature lovers there is the beautiful surrounding countryside and natural parks where you can see bee-eaters, eagles, kestrels, wild boar etc
*Excellent local and international restaurants, local supermarkets etc in the nearby villages of Canillas de Albaida and Archez.
*A golf course, water park, shopping centre and major supermarkets are situated on the coast around a 35 minute drive away.
*Malaga city is just over an hour’s drive and the cities of Seville, Ronda and Granada, with it’s famous Alhambra Palace, are all a 2-3 hour drive.

Prices are per week for the property with a maximum of 4 people.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on booking, with the balance being payable 6 weeks before travel. If travel is less than 6 weeks away then the full amount (non-refundable) is payable. All payments are to be made by bank transfer.
A security/breakages/loss of keys deposit of 100 Euros is payable in cash (Euros) on arrival (refundable within two weeks after departure by bank transfer).
By car, approximately 60 kilometers east of Malaga Airport. There are many hire car companies located at the airport.
