Our two bedroomed ground floor apartment is one of only nine privately owned properties, it is just up from the main shopping of San Euginio and the resturants/bars of Puerto Colon we are between the new Siam water park and Aqualand

there is a shared small/medium pool (Not heated or supervised) which gets full sunshine all day, there are tables and chairs around pool area, lifebelt and shower, young children must be supervised at all times around pool area(Pool towels not supplied).

There are around 10 steps and a gate to get into the complex
Local activities
several Golf courses are nearby by car/taxi, various water sports available and we are only 5 mim walking distance to both water parks, 10-15 mins walk is the main bus depot, casino, beaches, bars and resturants

Getting there
from airport join motorway towards Las Americas turn off at junction 29 just past the Siam Water Park, bare right at fork (3rd turning right) and we are a few metres up the road on the right
