The original mountain house dates more than 100 years back, it has been completely restructured and restored. Its deep original walls keep it warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Today the property offers all modern comforts including double glazing and central heating. The house is a semi detached two storey property which offers a spetacular view of the Apennine mountains from its terrace on the second floor. Has its own private garage with access directly to the house, which is very comfortable in winter if its snowing.

Bedrooms

The bedrooms are on the second floor of the house, and there are three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a large double bed and large wardrobe, the second bedroom has two single beds ( good for children ) also has a wardrobe. The third bedroom has a single bed and built in wardrobes, there is a fold out sofa bed in the lounge which comfortably sleeps two adults. and also a large single fold out sofa.

Bathrooms

On the second floor near to the bedrooms is the main bathroom offering a well light wash basin, bidet, toilet and large shower. On the ground floor near to the lounge is a smaller bathroom offering toilet, bidet and washbasin. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Living room

The living room is very cosy with an original wood fire. Has colour tv, dvd and dolby surround sterio.

Kitchen

There is a large Amerian style fully equipped kitchen with a corner dining area.

Other rooms

A very comfortable garage that gives direct access to the house.
