Description
This elegant 66 sq m city apartment sleeps 2-4 adults in a classic Art Deco building. The curved marble stairs or the typical French Deco lift take you to this delightful “traversant” apartment on the third floor. The sitting room has a small sunny balcony where we usually eat our breakfast, then later in the day, sip our cool Rosé and watch the world go by.

Bedrooms
The large bedroom, with its original classic “cabochet” floor, has a king size double bed, plenty of wardrobe space for clothes, and its own quiet balcony.
Bathrooms
A good sized bath and “stand up” shower, with plenty of luxurious towels.
Living room
Ther is a large and comfortable sitting room, fully equipped with stylish furniture, a television and DVD/VCR. There is also a small south facing balcony where you can relax with a glass of wine.
Kitchen
Well equipped with conventional gas cooker, Microwave, Fridge, Dishwasher, utensils for six people.
Local activities
You won’t need a car because Nice is a brilliantly walkable city – a boulangerie, patisserie, and maison de la presse are all less than 2 minutes away, and 5 minutes will get you to the excellent shopping on rue Jean Medecin. An easy walk will also get you to the colourful Old Town, the museums, or the Promenade des Anglais beside the beach. The area is quiet at night, however, so after a busy day you can come back and relax in this peaceful apartment.
“Gare Thiers” Railway Station is just over 10 minutes walk away, with easy access to Cannes, Monaco, Italy, etc. and also the Express Bus to the Airport.

Getting there
The apartment is about 10-15 minutes by Taxi from “Nice Cote d’Azur” airport, or about 10 minutes walk from Gare Thiers. Full directions will be provided on request.
