Description

Villa Poppy is set just about the adjacent villa, Villa Nostalgia, but each villa has its own garden, barbeque, private swimming pool and private parking area.

Each villa sits on half an acre of a 1 acre plot that shares a gate and perimeter stone walls but that has been split into two distinct and private halve.

The lovely 40 square meters pools, with shallow end for children, take pride of place to the frond of the villas and are surrounded by spacious sun terraces with sun beds and parasols.

Bedrooms

On the ground foor is an air conditioned twin bedroom with metal and wooden beds which is quite pretty.
Stairs lead from the lounge to the upstairs air-conditioned accommodation, which consists of one double and one twin bedroom and finally a patio door lead out onto a huge and most attractive terrace, which overlook the pool, the garden and the sea.

Bathrooms

There is a WC adjacent to the lounge and a full bathroom is also to be found on the first floor.

Living room

The main entrance of Villa Poppy leads into the most spacious lounge with new leather sofas, satellite TV and CD –DVD/MP3 player.

Kitchen

It has a well-fitted kitchenIt with a dining wooden table, locally made, and chairs which seat 6.
A door opens out onto an attractive covered terrace which is nicely furnished and boasts glorious views of the pool and the surrounding country side.
