Description
San Juan De Los Terreros is a small resort on the border of Murcia and Andalucia. Situated on a quiet, secure complex, the apartment boasts a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, bathroom, and good size living area with “American” style kitchen. The private balcony has both sea and mountain views and receives sun all day long.

Suitability
Although this is a one bed apartment, facilities can be arranged for a single person/couple with a small child. The complex is children friendly and there is a childs pool that is overlooked by the apartment.
Local activities
Very good for walking, cycling, golfing and relaxing! The area is surrounded by mountains that provides for more adventurous walks and bike rides. There are 4 very good golf courses within 30 minutes, (the nearest is two miles away) and the course fees are reasonable by Spanish standards. If you wish to relax, the area is blessed with the most beautiful sandy beaches that are no more than a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Considering the area is coastal, it is a very quiet resort with a handful of bars and restaurants close by. If you have the benefit of transport, the town of Aguilas is only 5 miles away that can provide a bit more nightlife if that is your thing !

Ideally we are seeking lettings of between 1 month and 6 months. In this respect, for longer terms, price can therefore be negotiated. Please note that for long term lettings, we would be seeking coverage of both electric and water bills too.
Getting there
Murcia and Almeria airports are approximately 75 minutes by car. Alicante airport is about a 2 hour drive. If transfers are needed, this can be arranged.
