These six newly built luxury properties can accommodate up-to six people in each villa and are complete with their own private pool.

Bedroom one located on first floor with quality large double bed, luxury mattress with protector, dressing table with stool and matching bedside tables, hair dryer, large wardrobe with drawers offering ample storage space.
Bedroom two located on first floor complete with two luxury 3/4 size beds, dressing table with stool and matching wardrobes with drawers offering ample storage space.
Both first floor bedrooms boast separate balconies with unspoilt stunning panoramic views of the Afandou area and sea.
Sofa beds in living room area can sleep two people.

Ground floor bathroom consisting of toilet, shower area, washbasin, tasteful tiling throughout, large mirror and contemporary lighting.

Modern and spacious living area with patio doors leading to balcony which boasts beautiful views towards the beach and Afandou village. Tastefully decorated with dark brown settee which converts to two single sofa beds, coffee table and entertainment display unit complete with flat screen LCD television, DVD player and CD music system.
Kitchen
Light, airy and spacious this modern kitchen is complete with a dining area and patio doors leading to gardens and pool area. The kitchen comes well equipped with oven and hob, sink area, family size fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron & ironing board and all relevant kitchen utensils, cutlery, pots, pans, crockery etc.

Local activities
Situated on the hillside overlooking the beautiful village of Afandou and Kolymbia beach with breath-taking views from the front and rear of the property. The village of Afandou is a 10 minute taxi ride from Rhodes airport. Afandou village is a fifteen minute stroll from the villa, a car is highly recommended. The Town Centre has an array of lively and not so lively bars, cafes and restaurants where the friendly locals will attend to your every need with a fantastic range of menus and drinks.An example of some of the many places to visit during your stay at Kolympus View Villas include:-

Car and motorbike rental is available at competitive rates from two places in the Town Centre. Insurance is usually included in the hire rate so double check when booking your vehicle. A car is essential when booking a villa.
Bus services operate daily between Afandou and Rhodes Town/Lindos. Bus timetables are displayed in each bus stop. Taxis are also available from the Town Centre.
There are two pharmacies in the Town Centre of Afandou. They are open daily until late. All the relevant contact numbers are provided in the welcome pack.
Food deliveries are available from selected local supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. Enquiries should be made direct to the outlet during your stay.

Getting there
Kolympus View Villas are a 20-25 minutes drive from Rhodes airport. A taxi will cost around 30 euros or we can arrange a hire car for your convenience.
