The above rates include provision of linen and towels for up to 4 people and final cleaning on departure. For larger groups of 5 or 6 people, an additional charge of £35 per person per week applies.
These rates apply except during festival or congress. Please contact us for those prices.
To secure bookings a 25% deposit is required; the outstanding balance is required 2 months prior to arrival. We require a security deposit of €450 or £300 payable two weeks prior to arrival. This is fully refundable after departure if nothing is broken or damaged and the apartment is returned in a clean and tidy condition. Payment can be made by either bank transfer or cheque and can be in Pounds Sterling or Euros. We also accept Visa and Master card (2% charge).
Daily maid service prices on request. Airport transfers and welcome packs on request.

Getting there

35 mins by bus or 25 mins by car from Nice airport – served by most international airports. Trains also available to Cannes from most other destinations. Train station is a 6 min walk, buses from airport stop 10 mins away. Buses to airport go from next road.
