Bedrooms
The bedroom has a king size bed which can be converted into singles. Dressing table with drawers and mirror, ceiling fan, large fitted mirrored wardrobes with built in safe, two bedside drawer units and patio doors on to the front balcony.
Bathrooms
The bathroom has a bath/shower with fitted hinged glass screen, WC and bidet. Free standing vanity unit with shaver point, mirror and hair dryer.
Living room
The lounge has lime pined furniture, a dining table with four chairs, ceiling fan and double sofa bed. There is a DVD/CD player and TV with Euro Sports, BBC World, CNN and Sky News, ITV1, Channel 4 and BBC1 and 2. Patio doors access the front balcony and side terrace.
Kitchen
The large separate fitted kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, cooker and hob, granite work surfaces, extractor hood and filter, microwave, toaster and kettle.
Other rooms
The large balcony has adjustable sun awnings, wrap around terrace and pergola, with table, four chairs and a gas BBQ. There are also two sun loungers and two additional reclining chairs, all with matching cushions.
There is a cupboard off the entrance hall which houses a full sized plumbed in washing machine.
Local activities
- The apartment is within easy walking distance to the resorts of Los Crostianos and Las Americas
- Granada Park is at the Eastern end of Las Americas golf course. The club house is approximately 15 mins walk around the back of the course.
- The complex has a pool table, mini golf, children’s playground, table football and an air soccer table adjacent the bar.
- There are a large number of excellent restaurants within a short taxi ride. In the apartment there is a book containing a list with contact numbers and locations.
- Tenerife is popular with divers and there are a number of excellent diving instructors, either for beginners or qualified divers.

For an extra third or fourth person in the apartment there will be an additional charge of £25/child and £35/adult to allow for linen change. If required arrangements can be made for extra cleaning and linen change during a two week or more rental period, for an additional cost of £45/extra cleaning and change. All provisional enquires will be held for 7 days prior to receipt of booking deposit.
Arrival and departure dates are flexible and the apartment will be available from 3pm on the day of arrival and will be required to be vacated by 11am on the day of departure to allow for cleaning, subject to continuous letting, (please enquire at the time of booking).
Getting there
Renia Sofia, Tenerife South Airport is a 20 min taxi ride away and will cost about 20 euros. However, there are a number of reasonably priced car hire companies all with easy collection and return facilities at the airport. Most of these can be booked on-line and payment is only required upon arrival.
