Description
Self catering house with 2 bedrooms, 2 WC, 1 Kitchen, 1 balcony, a barbecue and a terrace. It is located in Funchal, you have great views from all the windows. We did a renovation in December 2008 for upcoming visitors.

Bedrooms
The Suite bedroom has a double bed and a private WC with a shower and a bathtub with hydro-massage.
The Double room has a double bed with a WC with shower. All rooms have cable TV and wardrobes.
Bathrooms
The en-suite bathroom has two sinks, a shower and a tub with hydro-massage.
The double room bathroom has a shower.
Living room
Despite not having a typical living room, the house has a lobby with a piano and a balcony with great views over funchal city with comfy chairs. The kitchen also serves has a living room.
Kitchen
The kitchen has a great view to the funchal bay, it is supplied with all the appliances needed for cooking.
If you need or use any specific kitchen tool that we may not have, please let us know.
Other rooms
Outdoor seating/dining area and with access to the garden where kids can run around or play games and you can relax in privacy. Swimming Pool for the children only with parents supervision.Terrace with sun loungers for a nice chill out and sunbathes. We have parking space for four cars.
Description of amenities
Include cleaning and linen change twice a week (Wednesdays/Saturdays). Guests may require additional cleaning for extra 5,00 €/week day and 10,00 €/day on Sundays/Holidays.
Suitability
It´s an ideal place to bring children, pets and friends. It has a supermarket,a bakery, local shops and restaurants near by. Public transportation is available if you don´t want to rent a car. The owners are a very nice couple that will ensure everything goes well with your stay, and could help you with that barbecue lunch you probably would do on a sunny day!
Local activities
The botanical garden with a cable car from there to the nice and charismatic place “Monte”.
“Monte” is also known for the wicker basket toboggan ride to funchal.

The pricing above is for the entire house, however you can only rent one room if you don´t need the entire house. So pricing for the Suite bedroom is 75€ per day, and for the double bedroom is 60€ per day. There is no minimal stay. If you are looking for a long term rent please contact us.
Getting there
When driving out of the Airport take the highway to Funchal, and drive around 15 minutes until you reach “Boa Nova” exit. This is the road leading to the Botanical Garden. Our house is near to the botanical garden. We supply maps and more detailed info to ours guests upon reservation.
