The apartment is situated in the Cristian Sur complex, a few minutes walk from the old fishing village of Los Cristianos
It is a ground floor apartment with a terrace opening onto a secure private walled garden.
The complex has two pools with safe bathing areas for babies and toddlers
There is a supermarket, poolbar and a mini mart
The poolbar serves snacks, meals and drinks and always has a daily special with a drink included in the price. Free wifi access is available in the poolbar.
The owner of the mini mart is Merino who bakes fresh bread daily, and makes sandwiches to order, he also bakes fresh pies, quiches and, of course, spanish omlettes.
It is a short walk into the town of Los Cristianos, the harbour, beaches and many resturants and bars.

Local activities
The town of Los Cristianos originated as fishing village, and old Canarian architecture still dominates much of the town. With golden beaches and vibrant bars, Los Cristianos is now a bustling tourist centre. The town is a great place to relax and soak in the atmosphere. There are many atmospheric cafes to sit and watch the fishing fleet working in the crystal clear waters.
The nightlife is also relaxed but a night out in the vibrant bars of Playa de las Americas is very easy,
Los Cristianos has two world class beaches to enjoy, offering water sports and space for endless games of volleyball and tennis, and children’s play facilities making Los Cristianos a popular resort for family holidays in Tenerife.
The focal point of Los Cristianos, the harbour, offers many excursions, from dolphin and whale watching to day trip to the island of La Gomera, and from spectacular scuba diving to paragliding.
Opened in 2008 The Siam Park is the largest water park in Europe .
