Description

When location, comfort and cost are paramount! A modern 3 bedroom South facing townhouse which benefits from the sun throughout the year, with a homely feel and private sun terraces on a safe, quiet and clean urbanisation and a large, clover shaped communal pool overlooking the sea awaits you. An ideal property and location for couples, singles, families and golfers alike.
The urbanisation is a very short walk to bars, restaurants, banks, supermarkets and internet cafes.
Blue flag beaches and a rugged coastline which go on for miles are a short walk away. Cabo Roig has it’s own marina with a fabulous restaurant offering great ‘tapas’, choice of menu, wonderful views of the sea and coastline and live Jazz – fantastic for a relaxing lunch or dinner.
The house is ideally placed for golfers as there are 5 golf courses within 10-25 minutes drive. For those who like to explore when on holiday, there are many Spanish villages, towns and cities to visit.
The South Costa Blanca has a wonderful eco-climate all year round and Christmas Day BBQs are very popular!

Bedrooms

All bedrooms are double in size and have double built-in wardrobes, chest of drawers (4), bedside tables, lamps, ceiling fans, tower fans, blankets and heaters.
Bedroom 1 is situated on the 1st Floor and overlooks the front of the house. It has a double bed and a small sun terrace.
Bedroom 2 is situated on the 1st floor and overlooks the galleria. It has 2 single beds.
Bedroom 3 is on the 2nd floor and overlooks the galleria and top floor solarium. It has a double bed.

Bathrooms

The fully tiled family bathroom is situated on the 1st floor between bedrooms 1 and 2 and overlooks the galleria. It has a 4 piece suite, shower over the bath, shower screen, window, wall heater (2 settings) and shaver socket.
The Shower Room is situated off the lounge. It is fully tiled with wc, sink, window and wall heater.

Living room

The lounge/diner is bright, spacious and open plan with 2 sofas, pine coffee table, pine wall unit, dining table/4 chairs, Cable TV, DVD, video and CD players, DVDs, videos, CDs for your enjoyment during your stay. Mirrors, pictures, lamps and rug give the property a ‘home from home’ feel.

Kitchen

The kitchen is large, modern, fully fitted and separate from the lounge. It has an electric oven/hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, ample cupboards, marble worktops, toaster, kettle, iron/ironing board, cutlery and crockery for 8 people, glasses, fruit and salad bowls, pasta set (large serving bowl and dishes), George Forman grill and paella pan.

Other rooms

The Galleria is off the kitchen with a butler sink, wall shower, gas boiler and back-up electric heater for continual hot water.
An ideal place for beach towels, balls etc.

Description of amenities

Bathing and beach towels are provided. The property is cleaned before your arrival. However the cost for cleaning upon departure is payable directly to my property manager. 45 euros for 1 bedroom, 50 euros for 2 bedrooms and 60 euros for 3 bedrooms. Additional cleaning during your stay can be organised directly with the property managers. Costs to be discussed with them.
In the Summer/Autumn, all terraces have the sun from early morning to early evening. During the Winter/Spring months, you can enjoy breakfast alfresco downstairs from mid morning and sunbathe on the top terrace until mid afternoon. All rooms have ceiling and tower fans, and heaters and blankets for the Winter and Spring months.

Suitability

The area is superb for those who just like to relax and want to be able to walk to the beaches, bars, restaurants, marinas, internet cafes, banks and local shops, including British supermarkets. (There are larger Spanish supermarkets for big food shops within driving distance).

If you like to drive and explore, there are many coastal towns and villages from Alicante to La Manga that are worth visiting, as are the Cities of Elche, Alicante, Cartegena and Murcia.

For families, if the pool or beaches are not enough to keep the children entertained, a visit to the local water park (Aquapolis) is a great day out as is a 75 minute drive to Benidorm for TerraMitica, Aqualandia, Mundomar and TerraNatura.

A local company – Coachtrips SL – offers many daily trips and 2/3 night coach trips at very competitive prices. So if you don’t want to drive but like to get out and about during your holiday, this company can assist.

For parents with young children, a local company hires cots, stair gates, high chairs, car seats etc.

There are markets to visit every day of the week but Playa Flamenca (Saturdays) and San Pedro (Mondays) are highly recommended. Great for market lovers!

For golfers, there are 5 golf courses within 10-25 minutes drive.

Love water sports? Cabo Roig marina offers jet skis for hire and water ski-ing lessons plus banana boats and donut rides.

BOOKING NOTES: The weekly accommodation rates include water and electricity during your stay. They do NOT include the clean upon departure. 60 euros is payable to my property manager before departure. A deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking. Balances are due 8 weeks before arrival date. In the event of a cancellation, deposits and balances are only refundable if the allocated week(s) can be resold. Therefore please take out travel insurance at time of booking your flights and accommodation. A key/damage deposit of £250 is required. This will be banked 14 days prior to the arrival date and returned within 14 days of departure date after a satisfactory inspection.

Getting there

The closest airports are Murcia (15 minutes drive) and Alicante (45 minutes).
Airport transfers/meet and greet can be organised if you wish.
Car hire is not necessary during your stay unless you like to explore or you have many items to take to the beaches on a daily basis. However the South Costa Blanca has much to offer that hiring a car and exploring could add further enjoyment to your holiday. Details of car hire with fully comprehensive insurance is available on request.
