Beautiful 2 bedroom La Manga Club Villa
Nestled in the Heart of La Manga Club
Lets see the best points, there are many! The villa is within a complex of other properties of the same type, however, this one in my opinion is in the best position. Very central, peaceful location, and you can still beat the credit crunch in the club, the villa has a very well equipped kitchen, fantastic views, so staying in is a pleasure – whilst one of the most reasonable priced restaurants is only 250 metres from the villa.
It has a large area of grass directly in front of it, which is only shared by only another 5 villas. It is not overlooked and it is in a very peaceful location, which gets the sun all day. It has a community swimming pool, which is one of the best in the La Manga Club, again its the prefect position not too close to be disturbed by it, but close enough i.e. a 3 minute walk away from it. The pool also has one of the best restaurants for lunch in club overlooking the Pool.
Many properties are nestled in the hills, walking can be difficult in the heat or on heals! This is the first villa you come to on this particular community within the club. The property has character, and charm whatever the time of the year, with modern conveniences and the charm of a fire place, its just perfect in my opinion.
The rental rates, are very good value for money, no management fees, which reflects in the price. The Villa is cleaned to a high standard prior to your arrival, meeting and greeting towels sheets and a very generous welcome pack are all included, as well as heating and air-con are all included in the rental.
The villa is a very well equipped holiday home, a home from home.
It has two good sized bedrooms both with air-conditioning and heating. Both are twin bedrooms. The masterbedroom as french doors leading to a private patio and large lawned grass area.
One bathroom has an overhead shower and bath, bidet, sink and WC. The other bathroom has a bidet, WC and shower.
The living room/diner is spacious & overlooks La Manga Club and Mar Menor and Mediterranean, with direct access onto the balcony. There is more than enough room for 4 people to lounge around. There are a large selection of books, DVD’s, CD’s & games. The balcony view benefits from fantastic sunsets.
The kitchen is fully fitted with, cooker, oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. All utensils are included.
Included in the price you are welcomed with wine, or light refreshments on arrival then I will talk you through safety issues and local recommendation of sites & restaurants then I leave you to enjoy your holiday. The apartment is stocked with coffee, tea, orange juice, water, cheese, olives, butter, bread & milk, again included in the price.

My Villa is only about 30 minutes from Murcia airport. Car hire is recommended if you want to take advantage of activities in the local area and is available from the airport at reasonable cost when booked in advance. We have used hertz in the past
