The apartment is on the first floor of a block of only 54 other apartments and has views of the countryside and mountains beyond which can be enjoyed from it’s three balconies. We are ten minutes drive from the coastal resort of Torrevieja and beaches. Alicante airport is 45 minutes away and Murcia airport, 30 minutes. The peaceful town of San Miguel is on your doorstep with plenty of shops, bars & restaurants. There are three bedrooms, one double and two twin rooms. A free of charge Welcome Pack awaits you on your arrival comprising tea, coffee, milk, sugar, fruit juice,water, wine, bread & butter. In the apartment you’ll find a ‘Information, Things to See & Do’ book containing all instructions for all appliances & amenities in the apartment and information about the local places to visit & things to do. The person who looks after our apartment and who will give you the keys, will be on hand to answer any queries you may have & give help as needed. The apartment block itself is protected by a buzzer system on the main door and the door to the apartment is fitted with a grille.

There are three bedrooms, one double and two twin rooms. The master bedroom is en-suite with a shower. The master bedroom overlooks the countryside and mountains and has it’s own balcony with table & chairs and is perfect for watching the sunset. One twin room shares the same view as the master bedroom and the other twin room overlooks the town. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes and bedside cabinets provide drawer space. Full length mirrors are conveniently placed near the sockets for easy use of hairdryers etc! All bedrooms also have ceiling fans. All bed linen is supplied. There is a travel style cot for babies for which a single quilt is supplied but you must supply your own linen – the base of this measures 60 × 90cm.


The en-suite bathroom is shower only with a glass cubicle and the large family bathroom has a shower over the bath. Both bathrooms have shaver points and fitted mirrors over the sink with vanity lights. All towels are provided.

Living room

The spacious lounge incorporates a dining area for up to six people and has an air conditioning unit. Relax on the two comfortable sofas or wander out onto the large patio and enjoy the views from the table & chairs there. The sun sets directly opposite so this is the perfect place to sit at the end of the day with your favourite tipple to hand!


The large and fully equipped kitchen is separate from the living room…...we even provide tea towels, washing up liquid etc! There is a balcony off the kitchen where you’ll find the washing machine and drying lines….and views of the town.

Local activities

  • A wide range of restaurants to suite all tastes are within easy walking distance as well as a good selection of bars, shops & banks. Wednesday is market day, a treat not to be missed!
  • There is a shared pool but the town also has a very good public pool.
  • Area is a golfers paradise, 5 courses within 20 minutes including, Villamartin, Campoamor & Las Ramblas. La Manga is 30 minutes away.
  • Other actvities nearby include 10 pin bowling, aqua park, horse riding, paint-balling, coastal cliff & beach walks. Beautiful sandy beaches galore are to be found along with pavement cafes & seafront promenades, great for people watching!
  • Historical towns of Murcia, Orihuela & Alicante are within easy reach as well as the famous salt lakes which contribute to the warm & healthy climate.

Prices for long-term lets (e.g. 6 or 2 months) can be arranged on request.

A booking deposit of 30% of the total rental charge is required at time of booking.
A damages deposit of £300 is included with the final balance(payable 8 weeks before departure) & is refunded once confirmation has been received that the apartment has been left in good order.
Bookings are preferred Saturday to Saturday if possible but we are prepared to be flexible. The apartment can be occupied on arrival day from 17.00hrs and to be vacated on departure day by 11.00hrs. Again, we are flexible and other times can be arranged to suit you.

Getting there

Alicante aiport is 45 minutes drive away and Murcia is 30 minutes drive. Car hire is recommended (Carjet is one of cheapest & best for service) but airport transfers can be arranged at 65euros return for up to 4 persons and 80euros return for up to 7 persons, plus luggage.
