Charming apartment in typical Florentine style located in the fascinating Old Town of Florence, only 5 minutes walking distance from the Central train station of Santa Maria Novella.

Completely and tastefully restored in 2005 with terracotta floors and wooden beams, the apartment includes an entrance hall, a cozy living room with fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen, a loft with a single bed, a private bathroom with shower, a bedroom with king-size bed and another loft with a French-size bed. It can sleep up to 5 guests.

Our apartment is on the second floor of an apartment building, the location is quiet and convenient, there is no elevator.

Bedrooms

The double room has a fourposter bed, and spiral staircase going upto a loft with a comfort futon.

Living room

In the living room there is a fireplace, that gives a touch of romanticism; above is a wooden loft , with a single bed.

Kitchen

There is a complete fitted kitchen, with finishing touch in wood, and it is complete of the principal elettric appliances.
