The delightful apartments, identical and next to each other, enjoy a prime first floor position, overlooking the pool and with views to the beautiful surrounding rural scenery and out to the Mediterranean Sea. Each apartment is fully air conditioned and furnished at a high standard with all necessary appliances, including Satellite TV and DVD player. Park View Garden is situated in Peyia village, which offers many local amenities, such as quaint shops, typical Cypriot tavernas, supermarket and bank. A few minutes drive away is Coral Bay beach, which offers a wide selection of exclusive bars and restaurants along a beautiful golden sandy shore. About 15 minutes drive away is Paphos itself, and 25 minutes away is Paphos airport. There is easy access to Tsada golf course, and two more courses are only 25 minutes drive away.

Bedrooms
The bedroom offers a stylish and comfortable oakwood double size bed with two 3 drawer bedside cabinets and a spacious built-in wardrobe. The veranda can be accessed through the sliding doors.
Bathrooms
The apartments have a separate bathroom consisting of bath with shower over, sink and WC.
Living room
The large open plan living area has a comfortable sofa (which converts easily into a good quality sofa bed), a 21“TV with Satellite TV and aDVD player. The dining table seats 4.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality, modern appliances and accessories.
Description of amenities
Both apartments benefit from excellent sea views of the Mediterranean sea, that can be enjoyed from their own private veranda or the communal pool. Two covered parking lots are at your disposal and a dining table with 4 chairs are provided to soak up the sunshine on the veranda. The air conditioning functions also as a heating system, allowing you to feel at ease at home anytime of the year.
Suitability
There is a set of stairs leading to both properties. The apartments can be rented at the same time, making it an ideal base for large families or group of friends/couples wishing to share their holiday together. Alternatively, they can also be rented separately.
Local activities
The long sandy beach of Coral Bay is a short drive away. Coral Bay offers visitors an alternative selection of shops and restaurants with everything from Italian, Chinese, Cypriot and Indian cuisine. Several of the larger hotels in Coral Bay have very good health spas.
Just 15 minutes away you will find Paphos town and harbour where you can shop, or just take a stroll along the new seafront and stop to watch the activities in the picturesque harbour whilst having a drink or a meal. Visit the mosaics which are among the most beautiful in the world or just take in the antiquities of Paphos Castle and the Ancient Odeon.
The Akamas area is quite close by, but not close enough to walk. Once you do get there though, you can either enjoy the delightful sandy beaches, discover turtles at Lara Bay or simply walk through the Nature Forest. Peyia edges the Akamas Peninsular, a preserved area of natural beauty and habitat which is protected for the enjoyment of walkers and climbers. If you are a keen walker, climber or mountain biker you can enjoy guided tours and hire mountain bikes to venture into the Troodos mountain area.
The old town of Latchi, with it’s delightful fishing harbour and bustling restaurants, is a must. Other activities include:
