The apartment is situated on the edge of a typical little Spanish town called Formentera del Segura, just 15 minutes outside the resort of Torrevieja in the Costa Blanca, which boasts the best annual climate in Europe. 30 minutes drive from either Murcia or Alicante airports.

Situated on the 3rd floor with access either by stairs or lift. The apartment offers, 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed, 2 bathrooms,seperate kitchen with full amenities, lounge diner and south facing balconies.Air conditioning. Also included is the use of the generous roof top pool with good views of the surrounding Costa Blanca villages.

Local bars, restaurants and well stocked supermarket are within 2 minutes. You are 10 minutes drive from Guadamar beach ( regarded the best on the Costa Blanca ). For golfing holidays, there are 5 Golf courses within 20 minutes, including La Finca, home of the Spanish Open. Car hire from as little as £89 per week or local buses run daily with pick up point close to the apartment and routes to much of the Costa Blanca.

Bedrooms

The master bedroom with double bed has the advantage of a balcony with seating and table for two. This overlooks the local orange and lemon groves, with great views of the neighbouring villages. Bedroom also consists of mexican style bedside tables, built in wardrobes,air conditioning and ensuite. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds also with built in wardrobes.

Bathrooms

The ensuite bathroom is tastefully tiled throughout with toilet, wash basin, bidet and bath with shower & screen. The family bathroom again is tiled throughout with toilet, wash basin and glass shower cubicle. Both bathrooms are equipped with face, hand and bath towels.

Living room

The light living room is furnished in Mexican pine including dining table for 6, sideboard, coffee table, also the 3 seater mocha leathe sofa bed and 2 seater to match. This room also has air conditioning.

Kitchen

The galley kitchen is fully equipped for those that like to eat in, decoratively tiled walls and floor. Leading to a utility balcony with washing machine and drier.

Description of amenities

As previously mentioned, towells are provided but are for apartment use only (not for beach or pool). There is the use of the solarium and shared roof top pool. Cleaning is included in the price but is paid seperately, directly to the keyholder. Air conditioning is an additional cost of 10 euros per week.

Suitability

This is a great place to get away from it all and chill out. The relatively quiet village is away from the hustle and bustle of bigger towns, but if that is your cup of tea, the likes of Torrevieja and Guardamar are only 10 minutes by car or taxi. Otherwise the typical spanish village has its fair share of places to eat or drink. There is 1 Irish and 2 spanish bars within 30 seconds of the apartment block door, all very friendly and not noisy. Also equally as close is a very well stocked supermarket.
