Situated at Villamartin Plaza with lots of bars and restaurants ie Chinese, Indian, Italian, German & English Pubs etc. There is a nice communal swimming pool with a large grass sunbathing area. Also a Supermarket and Bank approx 50 metres away.
The Apartment which is approx 100 metres to the Golf Clubhouse is on two floors and is situated by the Palm filled VillaMartin Plaza which adjoins the Championship Golf Course of the same name. It is approximately 1 mile to the beach making it ideal for Golfers and Families alike, the apartment is very spacious, well furnished and has ceiling fans in all rooms. It is also only a short walk to the Los Dolses Commercial centre which also has a good selection of bars and restaurants.
