‘Leon’ – This pretty apartment is located at the edge of the picturesque old town of central Cannes just a few steps from the harbour. It is ideally located just 6 minutes walk to the Palais des Festivals and 2 minutes walk along Quai Saint Pierre the beautiful sandy beach. Access to this sunny, south facing apartment is via a large inner courtyard, a quiet haven just steps away from the hustle and bustle of central Cannes. The apartment comfortably sleeps four people having one bedroom plus a comfortable sofa bed in the living room.

The lovely good sized sunny bedroom is accessed via three steps down onto a lower level. It has twin beds which will be dressed with fresh linen before your arrival and a small table with lamp. The built in wardrobes in the bedroom provide plenty of hanging space and shelves. A large traditional shuttered window opens onto the quiet courtyard area filling the room with sunshine – but being in a courtyard no noise from the bustling busy streets of Cannes.


The modern, pretty shower room is fully tiled with wash basin and shower cubicle with glass door. Separate WC.

Living room

The contemporary, stylish living room has been newly updated in May 2008 and contains a comfortable double sofa bed, chair and table. It is a nice quiet place to relax, listen to music or sit and chat after a hectic day in Cannes. There is a television, DVD player and Stereo with radio and MP3 player.
Separated from the kitchen it is fairly private for anyone using it as a bedroom and takes no time at all to convert from cosy living space to comfortable bedroom.


The modern, well equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, eye level oven, dishwasher and double fridge with freezer, along with all the usual items you may require such as kettle, coffee maker etc. There is a small table to seat four people or alternatively you can eat outside if you prefer as the kitchen door opens directly out to the terrace.

Other rooms

The good sized terrace is south facing, it has a fence surrounding it and is accessed via a gate from the courtyard so it is very safe. All the apartment windows also open onto the gated courtyard making it very secure.
There is a table and chairs on the terrace for dining al fresco or just relaxing with a drink.

Description of amenities

It is important to us that our apartment is spotlessly clean for your arrival. Beds are dressed with fresh white Egyptian cotton bed linen and plenty of clean white towels are provided for each guest. On your departure the apartment is checked and cleaned once again. Rental prices quoted above INCLUDE provision of this service. For two week bookings linen and towels will be changed half way through your stay.
Our representative in Cannes will meet you when you arrive in Cannes and take you to the apartment.


The apartment is located on the ground floor in the corner of a large quaint, typically French courtyard so it is very safe as the terrace and all the windows to the apartment open out into the secure gated courtyard area not onto the street. Access from the street is through two gates and some steps so it is unsuitable for wheelchairs but not too difficult for pushchairs. There are also 3 steps inside the apartment leading down to the bedroom area. It is very safe for children with the private terrace and locked courtyard area.

Local activities

The apartment is Located in central Cannes. Vieux Port is the area surrounding the old port where some of the most luxurious yachts in the world drop anchor. 16 Rue Georges Clemenceau is just behind Quai Saint Pierre, just steps away from the port. 6 minutes walk from the Palais des Festivals it is ideally located for all the conferences and festivals including the world famous Cannes Film Festival and congress such as MIPCOM, MIPIM, MIPTV Cannes Lions, etc. The Boulevard de la Croissette with it’s designer boutiques and palm trees is just a few minutes walk as is Rue D’Antibes and Rue Meynadier … shopping paradise. It is also well located to visit the many varied restaurants in Cannes, all just a few minutes walk. Pay a visit to one of the chic restaurants along the Croissette or wander through the winding streets of Le Suquet and choose from the vast array of small restaurants with tables overflowing onto the narrow streets.

The rates apply except during festival or conference periods. Please enquire for these special rates. • 50% to be paid on booking to secure the required dates then the final payment 4 weeks prior to your holiday. • A breakages deposit of €100 is required for each booking (payable with final payment). This will be returned to you immediately once the apartment has been checked and you have returned the key. • Payment is accepted in sterling or euros, either by cheque or bank transfer.

Getting there

There are many cheap flights to Nice and Cannes is just 40 minutes away from the airport. Your arrival and departure could not be easier as the apartment is just a short 2 – 3 minute walk from the main bus terminal in Cannes. The coach direct from Nice Airport runs every half hour, the journey taking approximately 40 minutes, non-stop. The train station is approximately ten minutes walk from the apartment. Taxis are available directly outside the airport.
