Separate, large fully equipped and fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, cooker and hob, granite work surfaces, extractor hood and filter, microwave, toaster and kettle. Thers a safty box in the kitchen (small door).

Private roof terrace with adjustable sun awnings and stunning views. Table, four chairs two sun loungers. The terrace from the lounge/bedroom with table and 4 additional reclining chairs. All chairs with matching cushions. A gas BBQ. There is a cupboard off the entrance hall which houses a full sized plumbed in washing machine
Description of amenities
60 euros for cleaning on depature day. Towels and linen are included on arrival and the apartment will have been cleaned. If required, additional cleaning can be arr, for 60 euros clean/linen. Residents will be expected to bring their own beach towel
Suitability
Air-conditioning. Lift. The apartment is suitable for couples, golfers and families with children, preferably over the age of twelve years. The complex has a pool table, mini golf, children’s play ground, table football and an air soccer table adjacent the bar. There is a laundry and well stocked on-site shop. No smoking and no pets
Local activities
The apartment is within easy walking distance to the resorts of Los Crostianos and Las Americas
Granada Park is at the Eastern end of Las Americas golf course. The club house is approximately 15 mins walk around the back of the course.
The complex has a pool table, mini golf, children’s playground, table football and an air soccer table adjacent the bar. The pool bar have good food with good service.
There are a large number of excellent restaurants within a short taxi ride. In the apartment there is a book containing a list with contact numbers and locations.

Payment in Euros.A 100 euros per week non-refundable deposit is required to secure each booking. A 60 euros security deposit is also required with your final payment and will be returned once we have received the key back after your stay. Payment is required in full with the security deposit 6 weeks prior to the start of the rental period, unless the booking is within 3 weeks in which case the full amount is payable. For cleaning on departure day 60 euros. For payments please email.
Arrival and departure dates are flexible and the apartment will be available from 3pm on the day of arrival and will be required to be vacated by 11am on the day of departure to allow for cleaning, subject to continuous letting
Getting there
Renia Sofia, Tenerife South Airport is a 20 min taxi ride away and will cost about 20 euros. However, there are a number of reasonably priced car hire companies all with easy collection and return facilities at the airport. Most of these can be booked on-line and payment is only required upon arrival.
