Description
This lovely villa is set in grounds of 3 acres with landscaped garden, lawn and car port. The 11 × 5m heated swimming pool is surrounded by large terraces and includes a barbecue, exterior shower and pergola. the villa is only 2km from the sea and fishing village of Armacao de Pera with its lovely 2 mile long sandy beach. Our nearest airport is Faro (35mins drive) and due to the rural position of this villa a hire car is recommended.

Bedrooms
Situated on the ground floor are two twin bedded rooms with en suite bathroom or shower rooom. Marble staircase leading to the first floor and the secondary lounge (or fourth bedroom) and through to Master Bedroom and full en suite bathroom. From the lounge area are sliding doors leading to a large balcony with exterior staircase leading to the pool area.
Bathrooms
Two bathrooms offering bath with shower over, toilet and bidet, and double wash basin. One walk in shower room en suite with single wash basin over drawer unit and toilet. All bathrooms equipped with shaver points.
Living room
Large lounge/dining room offering Satelitte TV, DVD, Video and CD player. Wood burning stove for winter use. Sliding doors leading to circular terrace and pool and lawn areas.
Kitchen
Fully fitted modern kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, gas/electric hob, electric oven, microwave all all necessary electrical appliances. Utility area with washing machine. Newly fitted in 2007.
Description of amenities
All linen and towels provided to include beach towels. Maid Service 5 mornings per week. Pool cleaned once a week, twice a week during the summer period.
Suitability
Access to the villa is simple, however there are 8 steps leading down to the pool area.
Local activities
Tennis, scuba diving, horse riding, para gliding, pedaloes, banana boats, jet ski’s, Golf Courses, water parks, Zoo marine, and numerous other activities all within 10 minutes drive of the villa. Please contact the owner for further information sheets.

Getting there
The villa is only 35 minutes drive from Faro Airport. Car hire is recommended, however we do have access to companies providing airport transfers, tours, taxis and private car hire.
