For entertainment you have a flat screen television and DVD player. English television channels; BBC1, ITV1, Channel 4, Sky Movies, Sky Sports, Sky One, Sky News, UK Gold. Approximately 30 channels and 15 radio stations so you won’t need to miss your favourite soaps or sporting events whilst on your holiday.
Kitchen
The fully fitted and tiled kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The kitchen has a door leading out to the galleria area with hot water tank, washing machine and microwave.

Air-conditioning is included in the price. As the price includes air-conditioning we request that you turn off the units when you are not in the property or when you have doors/windows open.
A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.
The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability.
You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.
A welcome pack containing tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, jam, bread, butter, eggs and bottle of wine can be put in the property for your arrival. If you would like other items, they can also be provided, just let us know on the booking form!
A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.
Travel cot, high chair, push chair and beach towels can be provided at an additional cost.
Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card.
If arriving at the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional late arrival charge of €30 will be payable on arrival at the property.
THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL COSTS FOR CLEANING THE PROPERTY AT THE END OF YOUR HOLIDAY, UNLIKE MANY OPERATORS.

45 mins from Alicante airport. 30 mins from Murcia. Airport transfers and car hire can be arranged if required at competitive rates.
