Our spacious 2 bedroomed apartment is suitable for all the family. Set in beautiful gardens with plenty of shade it is ideally located for all this coast has to offer including the numerous golf courses in the area. Less than 30 minutes drive from Malaga airport and 10 mins from Fuengirola to the east and 15 mins from Marbella to the west.
The apartment is within walking distance of the Riviera Plaza shopping centre. Here you will find two supermarkets, a bank, two ATM’s plus numerous bars and restaurants. The nearest beach is approx 10 minutes walk away, reached via an underpass under the coast road. The beautiful marina of Cabopino is less than a 5 minute drive away as is the lovely resort of La Cala.

Bedrooms
Master bedroom with double bed, ensuite, fitted wardrobes, safe, ample drawer space. Patio doors lead out to terrace. Second bedroom has twin beds (with extra pull out bed if required), fitted wardrobes, ample drawer space with patio doors leading out to the terrace.
Bathrooms
Ensuite bathroom comprises of full size bath with shower over, wash basin, bidet and wc.
Second bathroom has recently been converted to a shower room comprising full size walk in shower, wash basin and wc.
Living room
Large lounge/diner with patio doors leading to south facing terrace equiped with patio table and chairs. Dining table and chairs seating six persons, two bed settees, TV, CD/radio and DVD.
Kitchen
Fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, washing machine, toaster, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils and glassware.

From your base in Riviera you will be ideally situated to visit places like Ronda, Mijas, Gibraltar, Fuengirola, Marbella and beyond. Water sports are available at nearby La Cala and Cabopino. Tennis, crazy golf and games room are available at the Aztec Club which is less than 5 mins walk.

A discount of £50 will be deducted from a two week booking. The price for the apartment includes all bedding, bathroom towels and electricity for 4 persons. Extra persons are charged £30 each extra per week. Six persons max. Normal change over day is Saturday. However, long weekends and mid week bookings may be available out of season. Please ask for details. Discounts apply to low season lets of three weeks or more. A non-refundable deposit of £50 per week booked is required to secure your reservation. The balance will be due six weeks before departure. All clients are recommended to arrange their own holiday insurance.
Getting there
Riviera del Sol is less than 30 minutes from Malaga airport and less than 1 hour from Gibraltar airport. Most of the budget airlines fly into Malaga.
