The house sleeps 2/4 people with one bedroom. It is fully-restored with open chestnut beams. The two-storey property is located in Capena’s historical centre with a ground-level entrance on the tiny road leading to the main old square.

Large bedroom with exposed rafters, double bed and sitting area with futon sofa bed, desk, TV and wardrobe. Small balcony (realistically, not much more than an oversized windowsill with railing)

Shower, WC and bidet. The bathroom is set into the rock that lies behind the house.

Large living area with table and chairs for four, double sofa bed and TV.
Kitchen
New fitted kitchen.Gas hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, tea and coffee making equipment.
Other rooms
There is a separate Cantina to the rear of the kitchen which is built into the underlying rock behind the house. This houses a washing machine.

Capena can be reached by car or local transpor, though a car is advisable if you wish to visit the local pools and nearby attractions which are off the beaten track.
